"Reinventing the fuse cabinet" became a niche they could both win and deliver on — in two pivots.

B2C platform that manages household energy use, connecting heat pumps, batteries, solar inverters and EV chargers, locally. Commercial exploration, system architecture + 3 months hands-on electronics and embedded design.

System architecture & QA, 6 weeks

Support a new product launch and evolve the architecture and platform for scale.

Technical launch support: risk review of electronics, embedded software, testing, factory test and OTA before release. Roadmap for a scalable platform to ship quality faster going forward.
